Wage War Columbus Concert reviews
Fire and Chivas play to a draw
"Soccer is a thrilling sport to watch but initially somewhat challenging to comprehend. The game was a bit like that process. After a few matches, you start to decipher where the excitement lies. The first 45 minutes lacked scoring opportunities of significance. Unfortunately, Chivas tied it a little later with a brilliant corner kick and header that could have been prevented but the goalkeeper mishandled the shot. In the second half, the Wage War scored a fantastic uncontested goal through a brilliant dribble penetration and a superb crossing pass. Of course, in the regular season, there is no overtime, resulting in a draw. It was a pretty enjoyable game; we had an excellent view of the Fire goal from the corner kick section where we sat. Toyota Park offers a very intimate setting with great seats available at reasonable prices (28 for corner kick or 35 for seats close to midfield). To fully appreciate the experience, you must genuinely have a liking for soccer, but I recommend it to anyone who appreciates competitive sports."
